Order Processing & Dispatch
Because our storefront features a unique blend of curated collections and bespoke creations, order dispatch times vary by product type:

In-Stock Items: Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM EST will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or during public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: These bespoke creations require dedicated artistry. They will be shipped immediately once the handcrafting process is complete. Please refer to individual product detail pages for specific production timelines.
Shipping Options & Free Delivery
We offer worldwide tracked shipping (including Economy and Express routes) through trusted global carriers to deliver your crafts safely.

Free Shipping: All orders of $99 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping automatically at checkout.

Upgrades: If your order falls under $99 or you require a faster Express delivery option, you can select your preferred shipping method during checkout or contact our customer support team to upgrade.
Important Notice: Christmas & Holiday Orders
To ensure your unique gifts arrive in time to be nestled under the tree, we highly recommend placing holiday orders no later than December 10th. Due to the dedicated time required for slow craft and the heavy seasonal volume of international logistics, we cannot offer paid expedited shipping options to guarantee a Christmas delivery after this deadline. Please shop early to avoid holiday carrier delays!
Temporary Shipping Suspensions
Due to regional events and carrier operational halts, delivery services to the following countries are temporarily suspended until further notice:

Ukraine: Suspended due to unfolding regional events.

Russia: Suspended due to global shipping carrier service halts. We are closely monitoring these situations and will do everything we can to resume services as soon as it becomes operationally safe.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At SilverMoonLightArt, we want you to shop with absolute confidence and love every single piece that leaves our mountain studio. We pour our hearts into every detail, but we understand that sometimes an item might not perfectly match your expectations. Given our global artisan network, here is how we handle returns and refunds fairly:
Custom Items vs. In-Stock Items

Custom & Personalized Creations: Due to the deeply personal and unique nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for bespoke items unless they arrive broken or physically defective.

Standard In-Stock Items: You are fully eligible for a traditional refund, provided that the item is mailed back to our fulfillment warehouse in China completely at your own expense.
Our Carbon-Neutral "Keep & Gift" Alternative
Because international return shipping is exceptionally high (often costing more than the craft itself) and generates a heavy carbon footprint, we do not want you to go through the hassle of visiting the post office. Instead, we strongly recommend our highly popular "Keep & Gift" Alternative:
If you are not fully satisfied with an eligible in-stock item, you can choose this option under the following terms:

28-Day Window: You must submit your request within 28 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period cannot be accepted.

Keep the Original: You keep the original product. We will issue you a full store credit equivalent to the item's purchase value.

Choose Your Gift: You can use this credit to pick one or multiple alternative items from our shop entirely for free as a gift.

Shipping Fee: The total value of your newly selected gift items cannot exceed the original item's price. You will only need to cover the standard international shipping cost for the new package.

Fair Use & Abuse Protection: To protect our independent artisans from malicious behavior, this alternative option is strictly limited to one request per order and is subject to our fair-use review.

How to Apply: Please email us with your order number, account email, and links to the alternative items you wish to receive (clearly specifying size, color, and quantity).

Promotional Pricing: If your original order was placed using a discount code or during a sale, your store credit will reflect that exact promotional price paid.

Duties & Taxes: Please note that the value of alternative gifted items does not include local international import duties or sales taxes.
Order Cancellation Policy
As our team and artisans begin processing, organizing, and scheduling productions within 24 hours of placement, cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible.
Please note that because our pieces are individually handmade, once the crafting process has officially begun (even within the first 24 hours), we can no longer cancel or modify your order. If the creation or fulfillment process has not yet started, we will do our absolute best to intercept the order and process your full cancellation.
